No use of Rubrika.si's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.

 

Ad listings and payments

We provide ad listings licenses for posting ads on the website and we only sell the licenese or tokens to publish ads. There is no relation to what is published on the webiste, only the access we provide.

We may provide paid products and/or services within Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information. We do not offer any return on payed licenes since they are deliverd instantly with tokens to use on ad listings. If you have any questions please contact us for information about your situation and maybe we can help you to switch plans if that is the case.

We use Stripe as our payment prosessor partner. 

 

Moderator and/or administrator rights

The moderators and/or administrators often refered to as admin, can moderate and delete ads, or modify ads to ensure best community and quality on the listings. This is not limied to removing pictures or anything else that we may not see fit. Admin can change ads and listings without notice and remote content that we do not see fit our usergroup or that is harmful or not relevant for the platform consept. We do not allow anything that is sexual in any nature or offensive to the genral public. We have a repsonsibility to enshure a positive nature of all ads that fit our consept. If any listings or information is not up to a serious standard for a healthy ads community we will take action regarding what the issue might be. If any questions about what we do not tolerate, please contact us. Admin can also delete users or restrict users that are suspicions of anything that we find violate with our terms or community.

 

Ads/listings that is prohibited

• Anything in a sexual nature or sexual producs. 
• Things that do not fit our marketplace (like fake products, misuse of any sort or other illegal contents).
• Unserius ads, contects or names that we find offensive to the genral public. 
• Harmful, fake or illegal pictures/products/services.
• Spam or multiple ads of the same objects.
• Anying illegal by the Slovenian law.
• False or misleading information.

Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our Webpages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Website.
